From outward appearances, in a group of people with clear skin with a single acne sufferer, an outside observer would almost always assume the person with acne had the worst health of the group.
Nothing could be further from the truth!
Acne sufferers are some of the most healthy people in the Western world. How can this be? First, acne sufferers are well aware of their condition. Gradually, they often take better and better care of themselves. They are very clean people. They strive to eat correctly. They are concerned about their health.
Acne is the great early warning sign. It is an outward sign that is saying "Something is wrong in my body, removing poisons by using the skin is my first line of defense. But there is hope! Acne is the first effect of wrong eating and wrong habits. It is a signifier of things to come if it is not removed naturally by cleansing the body and changing the diet."
It is clear, and is easily known by experience, that acne itself is not a deadly disease. It does not kill people, like cancer, or atherosclerosis. It is the first step of disease.
But why exactly is acne a sign of health? It is because it shows your body is working as it should be. The goal of the body is to eliminate toxins. It is far better for the body to eliminate the toxins than to store them, such as fat, or in the lungs (asthma), or in the arteries (atherosclerosis). Fat kills. How many old fat people do you know? There are none.
Asthma slowly kills you over time. Not to mention the things you have to avoid because of it. Atherosclerosis is an obvious killer.
So, the purpose of the body is to eliminate toxins. It does this well up until the point the internal organs are overloaded (kidneys, liver, etc.). Once these organs are overloaded, the body has to somehow remove toxins from the blood circulation as fast as possible. So the body often uses the skin, the largest organ of the body, to remove the excess toxins.
It should be noted that the acne sufferer that has their acne go away "naturally" with age, should be very concerned. What this means 99 times out of 100 is that the disease has progressed to another part of the body and is actually doing more damage to the body than if the toxins were coming out the skin.
Acne sufferers should also note that just because you have acne does not mean that every other part of your body is working just fine and that you are truly a healthy person. You are only healthy compared to those others around you, not healthy objectively. Rather, all of your organs are suffering. You should attempt to clean up your entire body, and as a result your acne will disappear.
